Meet the Coach

Danette Fenton-Menzies

Danette is Director of Learning at Magical Learning and has over 30 years’ global experience in finance, starting as a graduate with a Big 8 firm, through to roles as financial controller and CFO of a Federal Government agency. Danette also developed Australia’s first Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Government Finance.

A lifelong learner, Danette has worked with finance staff and leaders in private and public sectors and with global family businesses to help them create more impact in their organisations. Danette is also passionate about building leadership capability at every level of organisations. She has worked with and learned from leadership icons such as Robin Sharma, John Mattone, Anthony Robbins and Jim Collins.   

Danette incorporates the latest research and neuroscience on human learning, energy and productivity, mental focus and agility into her programs – amplifying her clients’ learning potential.  

Danette is also a highly experienced Executive Coach, working with CEOs across the globe.
