Program overview

No longer a nice-to-have, but a must-have – employee wellbeing and burnout prevention is one of the key challenges faced by organisations worldwide.

Whilst individuals have traditionally been encouraged to manage their own wellbeing, organisations and leaders are now expected to do more. A proactive, holistic approach to employee wellbeing is key to a thriving culture. No easy feat in a hybrid workplace, but it can be done. The first step is to move wellbeing from the sole remit of the Human resources team, and into the empowered hands of individual leaders, because they can make the difference day-to-day.

In this virtual program “Leading WELL”, learners are given simple, practical tips to look after their own wellbeing whilst creating environments for their teams to thrive in. By focusing on easy-to-implement actions to support a healthy workplace, the program helps leaders better support individuals and teams that are looking to them for leadership, guidance, and support in uncertain times.

It’s ok to not have all the answers, and you don’t have to be an expert – but you can be a role model.
