Program overview

Network IQ Academy is an acceleration programme for young and for mid-career professionals who are in need of utilising their networks (both strong and weak ties) in new ways either to become more effective when working in a digital environment or more innovative for business growth and career impact or change.

The programme guides participants through a structured process during which they master a set of Network IQ skills and use these skills immediately as individuals and as a community to build their ecosystem.

Participants virtually engage with colleagues, peers, and influencers to learn new habits on how to utilise their networks more effectively towards a valid purpose as well as intentionally towards concrete objectives.

Meet the Coach

Dr Daria Tataj

Dr Daria Tataj is the inventor of Network IQ based on 15+ years of research on business innovation networks in Europe, the US, and China, and an Honorary Professor at the Alliance Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom.

Daria is a senior advisor at the European Commission and has a personal worldwide network in global communities such as the World Economic Forum, Vital Voices Partnership, and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). Her primary areas of expertise include C-level talent and business growth strategies through Network IQ-based solutions and optimizing diverse teams across organizational networks through a culture of innovation and impact.
