Program overview

Professional Minute Taking was built from the ground-up for anyone required (or asked, last-minute) to take notes during a meeting and then produce accurate, appropriate and complete ‘Minutes’.

Highly engaging, interactive and actionable, this program helps learners build competence and confidence in their ability to take great notes and produce excellent Minutes.

If you can identify with any of the following statements, this program is for you:

  • You get anxious when asked to take notes in a meeting as the ‘secretary.’
  • You sometimes struggle to stay focused and pay attention during longer meetings.
  • You struggle to identify what must be recorded and what you can safely ignore.
  • You sometimes have no idea what is being discussed during a meeting.
  • You are unsure what to include in your Minutes – and what to leave out.
  • You often worry that you don’t prepare sufficiently for important meetings.

Who is it for?

  • Everyone who is required to take notes in meetings, and produce minutes
  • Everyone in a ‘secretariat’ role looking to enhance their skills

How is it done?

Active learning with cohorts

Learners will generate ideas, present and deliver together with their peers to help get different perspectives, internalise learnings and identify ways to apply them in the workforce.

Deep reflections

Learners will have the opportunity to reflect and analyse what they have learnt, how far they have come, and how they can apply these learnings in the workforce.

Real-time insights

Learners get real-time insights on how far they are performing vs their cohort that helps set their pace and enjoy a healthy dose of competition at the same time.

Immersive experience

Learners get rich, snackable content that helps boost their retention. They are given tools that enable strong collaboration and deep conversations with their peers.
