"The Cahoot Learning experience exceeded my expectations. My favorite part was definitely the exercise on problem statements. I realized the importance of defining a good problem statement for finding solutions to the problem. I have already started implementing the tools learned in the course in my day to day work activities. While discussing a new project recently at work, I followed the process from the course of defining the problem statement. The overall approach to the project changed significantly using this method. The software developed by Cahoot Learning is excellent and the facilitators did an excellent job ensuring smooth running of the course. The knowledge I gained in the course is being used to develop innovative products and process in my organization. I am also using the knowledge in obtaining approvals for my projects from different stakeholders. "I rate the experience as excellent at so many levels. I'm actually very glad that the focus was not on technology, but rather on leadership and the soft skills that are so critical to succeeding as a leader. I loved hearing other people's perspectives within the class - there's so much to learn from how others react to similar situations. The videos were really good, the right length, and engaging. I think the modules flowed nicely from one to the next. The content was relevant and applicable to anyone in a leadership position, or striving towards that. I was really impressed that the facilitators commented on every single comment that we (or I can at least speak for myself...for me this was true) posted, and on the documents and videos. "I loved the whole enchilada! It was great! I haven't worked this hard [in a course] since graduate school! I have so much more confidence in my job and the potential I can bring. I'm hoping this opens some new doors for me. I particularly liked modelling the lifecycle. I've never done that before. Using NAMs+; gonna have to keep a subscription going!! I've written plans but honestly, it was all filler. Now I feel I have some substance in my plans. I think you all did a fantastic job. My favorite portion was the fact that there were examples of other companies and how they were successfully implementing the topics discussed.
